How to Use
- Settings — enable the hub, set default EDI standard (X12), company ISA/GS identifiers, inbound/outbound paths, and cron toggles.
- Trading Partners — create partners with partner codes and ISA IDs; link to CRM customers or suppliers.
- Connections — add SFTP, FTP, local folder, or AS2 profiles for inbound and/or outbound exchange.
- Field Mappings — map EDI segments (e.g. BEG03, PO1) to CRM fields; start from seeded 850/810/856 maps.
- Messages — review inbound/outbound traffic, open raw payloads, reprocess failed messages.
- Outbound automation — enable invoice → 810, PO → 850, ASN → 856 in Settings (where related modules exist).
- API / Webhooks / Portal — enable REST API keys, HMAC webhooks, and the client partner portal as needed.
- Bulk Import — upload CSV rows with partner_code and raw_payload for batch ingest.
Typical Flows
- Inbound 850 — partner drops PO file → transport cron picks it up → parser + mappings → processed message
- Outbound 810 — linked invoice is sent/paid → generator builds X12 → transport pushes via connection
- 997 — optional functional acknowledgment after successful inbound processing

Cron Jobs
Inbound processing, outbound sync, transport polling, and webhook retries run through Perfex CRM's main cron:

Uninstall
From Setup → Modules, uninstall drops every ebh_* table, removes all ebh_* options, and deletes uploads/edi_b2b_hub/. This cannot be undone — export data first if needed.
