Requirements

ComponentVersion
--------------------
Perfex CRM2.3+ (tested on 3.x)
PHP7.4+ (8.1+ recommended)
MySQL / MariaDB5.7+ / 10.3+

No other Nasbix modules are required.

Installation

  1. Upload the expense_print folder to /modules/ (or Setup → Modules → Upload)
  2. Setup → Modules → Activate Expense Print
  3. Open an expense → Print Voucher or Download PDF
  4. Optional: Setup → Settings → Expense Print

A Receiver Name custom field is added to expenses on first activate (if it does not already exist). Fill it on the expense form; it appears as Paid To on the voucher.

Uninstall

Deactivate, then uninstall from Setup → Modules. This removes:

  • All module options (expense_print_*)
  • Any database tables named {prefix}expense_print_* (none in v1.0.0; future-safe)
  • The Receiver Name custom field created on install and its stored values

Expense records themselves are never deleted. If you pointed settings at an existing custom field you created manually, that field is not removed.

After activation — configuration checklist

  1. Go to Setup → Modules and click Activate.
  2. A custom field named Receiver Name is created on expenses (slug expenses_receiver_name).
  3. Optional: open Setup → Settings → Expense Print to set prefix, colors, and layout.
