3. Quick Start (First Production Flow)
- Products — Manufacturing → Products → link a Perfex Item as finished / semi-finished / raw.
- BOM — Manufacturing → BOM → create Bill of Materials with components and optional operations.
- Work Order — Manufacturing → Work Orders → create from product + BOM → Approve.
- Material Issue — issue raw materials to the work order.
- Shop Floor — start / complete operations (optional).
- QC — run quality checks if required by settings.
- Production Receipt — receive finished goods into stock.
- Reports / Costing / Traceability — review variance, OEE, batch recall as needed.

8. Uninstall (Clean Removal)
- Backup your database first.
- Setup → Modules → Deactivate.
- Then click Uninstall.
Uninstall removes all manufacturing_* tables, module options, and uploads/manufacturing/ files. Perfex Items, invoices, and other CRM data are not deleted.
9. FAQ
Does it work without Inventory Management?
Yes. A fallback stock path is included. Inventory Management is recommended for multi-warehouse.
Can work orders be created from invoices?
Yes — enable the option in Settings, then create WO from invoice / estimate / proposal where available.
Is it suitable for food / pharma?
Includes HACCP, EBR, batch trace, CAPA helpers. Final regulatory validation remains the buyer’s responsibility.
